OUR TEAM

Our staff works as an interdisciplinary team of specialties under the direction of the primary care and consulting physicians. The team is composed of nurses, therapists, and specialists representing all the services we provide. Each patient will receive an individualized plan of care.

PHYSICIAN INVOLVEMENT

The primary (admitting) physician oversees the care provided by our interdisciplinary team and may consult with other physicians and specialists. All patients are seen by a physician on a daily basis.
